The above image depicts total snowfall based on a 10:1 ratio, though some higher elevation areas including Bogus Basin will see more than depicted.  Monday, more snow for the northern Rocky Mountains, with heaviest amounts along the east slopes of the northern Rocky Mountains in Montana, where 3 or more feet are possible, possibly to 5 feet for higher elevations above 6,000 feet, though snow will be falling to valley floors, from Eastern Washington to Idaho to Montana...
Bogus Basin will see a few+ inches of snow before this is over as well. Check their latest live cam below, just a dusting, so far... Another batch of moisture is being pulled off the Pacific west of Tahoe, and moving northeast toward the area, snow this evening and tonight, through Sunday. We may have to increase our forecast totals.
