This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Dense fog with visibilities less than one-half mile is expected
again tonight, especially over central and north-central Wisconsin.
Since temperatures will be below freezing, slippery travel could
occur.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Wednesday

Dense fog is possible Thursday morning, especially over central
and north-central Wisconsin. Since temperatures will be below
freezing, slippery travel could persist through the Thursday
morning commute.

A moisture laden low pressure system will bring rain and snow to
the region Thursday afternoon through Friday morning. The greatest
potential for accumulating snow will be over northern Wisconsin.
If the switch from rain to snow occurs earlier, several inches of
wet snow could occur Thursday night. Where rain falls on melting
snow and frozen ground, there is a potential for minor flooding in
low-lying areas and where street drains are clogged with ice and
snow, and also along rivers. There will be a potential for ice jams
as well.

Another system will impact the region late Friday night through
Saturday night. There is a chance of a plowable snow of at least
a couple inches across the entire area.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to forward hazardous road conditions to
the National Weather Service in Green Bay.
