This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A light snowfall overnight may lead to slippery road conditions
for the morning commute to work or school.

Record or near record cold is expected late tonight into Thursday
morning, where a few record low temperatures are possible. Wind
chill readings late tonight should fall to 10 below to 20 below
zero, which could lead to frost bite in 30 minutes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Hazardous wind chills of 10 below to 20 below zero are expected
Thursday morning. The record or near record cold will continue
Thursday afternoon with highs only 8 to 14 degrees, which may
result in a few locations setting a record low maximum for
December 4th. Below normal temperatures are expected to continue
through the weekend.

National Weather Service in Green Bay.
