  of 25 to 35 below zero. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very
  cold wind chills as low as 35 below expected.

* WHERE...Marathon, Portage, Wood, Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida, Vilas,
  Florence, and Forest Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until noon CST today.
  For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to noon
  CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
