...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Wisconsin,
  including the following counties, in south central Wisconsin,
  Rock. In southeast Wisconsin, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee,
  Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Flooding and flash flooding is possible from thunderstorms
    with heavy rain on saturated ground

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Wisconsin, including the following
  counties, Jefferson, Milwaukee, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect
  many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several
  hours for all the water from these storms to work through local
  drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 650 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving
    thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned
    area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.5 inches are possible
    in the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Milwaukee, Waukesha, West Allis, Wauwatosa, New Berlin,
    Brookfield, Greenfield, Menomonee Falls, Oak Creek, Muskego,
    South Milwaukee, Cudahy, Whitewater, Whitefish Bay,
    Greendale, Pewaukee, Brown Deer, Sussex, Elkhorn and St.
    Francis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of east central
Wisconsin, south central Wisconsin and southeast Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Scattered showers and storms remain possible through noon. A
Flood Watch remains in effect for inland Wisconsin until 7 AM and
over southeast Wisconsin until 1 PM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Additional windows for heavy rainfall, flooding, and severe
thunderstorms Friday afternoon into Friday night.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter reports of flooding this morning are appreciated. Spotter
activation will be needed again on Friday for severe weather.
