EVENING ABOVE 4500 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow showers. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5
  inches above 4500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...In Oregon, East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades. In
  Washington, Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, especially on bridges
  and overpasses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow accumulations are forecast as low
  as 3500 feet this evening.
