* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations ranging
  from a glaze to around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high
  as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of eastern Vermont.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Greatest risk of sub-freezing temperatures
  and icy roads will be above 1000 feet elevation.
