Winds will decrease overnight Friday. Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph will redevelop Saturday afternoon and continue into Saturday evening. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 5 to 10 percent Friday afternoon and evening and 10 to 15 percent Saturday afternoon and evening.
