...LOCALLY DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY THIS MORNING...

Locally dense fog will reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less
in spots early this morning. If traveling, be prepared for changes
in visibility over a short distance. The fog will dissipate and
visibility will steadily improve to unrestricted through the
morning hours.
