* IMPACTS...Near-ground freezing temperatures could kill
  uncovered sensitive outdoor vegetation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protect tender plants and vegetation from the cold. Potted plants
should be brought inside.
