...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 7 and 16 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In New York, Sullivan County. In Pennsylvania, Pike and
  Southern Wayne Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blizzard conditions will be possible late
  tonight into Monday as winds increase. Peak gusts will be near 45
  mph, especially in the higher elevations. Even if snow is not
  falling, freshly fallen snow could be lofted and result in
  visibilities below 1/4 mile and drifts in open areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
your vehicle.
