* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 6
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Monday morning commute.
