Including the cities of Cove, Elgin, La Grande, Union,
Enterprise, Joseph, Wallowa, Meacham, Tollgate, Long Creek,
North Powder, Ukiah, Brothers, Paulina, Prairie City, Seneca,
Camp Sherman, La Pine, Sisters, Sunriver, Bend, Madras,
Prineville, Redmond, and Ski Bluewood Resort

South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30-40 mph expected
(70-90% confidence) with gusts to near 45 mph along the higher
elevations. Cross winds are expected through the I-84 corridor
during this time. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
