...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of western Massachusetts, including the following
  areas, Northern Berkshire and Southern Berkshire and east central
  New York, including the following areas, Eastern Albany, Eastern
  Columbia, Eastern Greene, Eastern Rensselaer, Eastern Schenectady,
  Schoharie, Southern Saratoga, Western Albany, Western Columbia,
  Western Greene, Western Rensselaer and Western Schenectady.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - With a humid air mass in place, repeated rounds of showers
    and thunderstorms with heavy downpours on Friday will lead to
    an increased risk for flash flooding. Urban, low lying and
    poor drainage areas will be most susceptible to flooding.
