Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - With a humid air mass remaining in place, additional showers and thunderstorms with heavy downpours are expected to develop early this morning. As these showers and thunderstorms track southeastwards today, heavy rainfall rates will lead to an increased risk for flash flooding.
