Arctic air returns Friday and remains through the weekend with
dangerously cold wind chills.

Confidence is increasing for a winter storm to impact our region
Sunday and Sunday night with moderate to heavy snowfall.

THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 2 inches. Winds
  gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Allegany
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
  commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limited
visibilities. Slow down and use caution while driving.
