This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A strong low pressure system and cold front will pass through the
area Thursday night into Friday. Heavy rain and windy conditions are
expected and a wind advisory may be needed at a later time.

The rain will change to scattered snow showers on Friday into Friday
night behind the cold front. As the temperature quickly drops,
slippery spots may develop on untreated surfaces.
