* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional ice accumulations of one to
  two tenths of an inch and additional snow accumulations up to one
  inch.

* WHERE...In New York, Delaware and Sullivan Counties. In
  Pennsylvania, Wayne and Pike Counties.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Warmer weather with occasional rain is expected later this week
through the weekend. Melting snow coupled with some rainfall may
cause rivers to rise significantly from Thursday through Sunday.
There will be an increased risk for minor flooding, including from
potential isolated ice jams.
