* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...White Pine, Northern Lander and Northern Eureka, Southern
  Lander and Southern Eureka, Southwest Elko, and Humboldt Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Blowing dust may reduce visibilities to one mile or less.
