...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM MST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between zero and 15 below zero
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
  northeast New Mexico.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
  precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Warming shelters are available in portions of
  Lincoln County impacted by power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
