Rain will advance into southern Minnesota this evening, then mix
with or change to snow overnight. The snow may be heavy at times.
Accumulations of a few inches are possible in a corridor from
Canby and Redwood Falls, to the southern Twin Cities Metro, to
south of Eau Claire. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Rain and snow will end mid morning Tuesday.

OVERNIGHT AND ACCUMULATE QUICKLY FOR THE TUESDAY MORNING
COMMUTE...

.Rain will develop across southern Minnesota early this evening,
then turn to a mix of rain and snow overnight. Precipitation may
turn to all snow at times and become heavy. Quick accumulations
of a few inches are possible in time for the Tuesday morning
commute along a line from Canby and Redwood Falls, to the
southern Twin Cities metro, to just south of Eau Claire. Forecast
confidence remains low and will depend on surface temperatures. A
degree variation one way or the other may lead to significant
forecast changes. Keep updated on the latest forecasts.
