* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches
  expected. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will lead to blowing
  snow, particularly in open areas.

* WHERE...Alpena, Cheboygan, Emmet, and Presque Isle Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Snow and strong winds will lead to significant drops in
  visibility and road conditions at times, making for hazardous
  travel.
