This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Accumulating snow will continue into this evening for parts of
northwest lower and northeast lower. See the latest winter weather advisories
for more details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Additional accumulating lake effect snow is expected Monday and
Monday night across northwest lower and eastern upper Michigan.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches.
  Localized amounts greater than 6 inches possible across Leelanau
  county. Lesser amounts of 1 to 3 inches across eastern Manistee
  and Grand Traverse counties.

* WHERE...Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, and Manistee Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...High snowfall rates will lead to quick accumulations on
  roads and rapid drops in visibility, making for hazardous travel
  conditions at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
also vary greatly. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather,
visibility, and road conditions.
