...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 8 PM EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 5 and 7 inches and ice accumulations around
  one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
