Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 6 inches, with locally higher amounts expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will produce periods of blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Manistee, and Wexford Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and times of near whiteout conditions from blowing snow.
