* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 to 4
  inches, with locally higher amounts possible. Considerable blowing
  and drifting snow possible Monday.

* WHERE...Cheboygan, Crawford, Missaukee, and Roscommon Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes
  with periods of rapid drops in visibilities.
