EDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations of one tenth of
  an inch, with localized quarter of an inch possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
  ice. Travel could be hazardous. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
