...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3
  inches of snow. Locally higher amounts up to 5 inches possible
  along the US 23 corridor between Rogers City and Alpena.

* WHERE...Alpena, Cheboygan, Emmet, and Presque Isle Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the holiday commute.

This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

The high impact lake effect snow event will continue across
northwest lower and eastern upper Michigan into today, resulting
in hazardous travel conditions. Please see the latest winter
storm warnings and winter weather advisories for more details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Another round of accumulating snow will be possible across all of
northern lower and eastern upper Michigan Saturday into Sunday as
a low pressure system passes through the Great Lakes region.
Additional lake effect snow chances may materialize in this
system`s wake into next week.
