* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6
  inches. Some light freezing rain may mix in through the foothills.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, west central, and western Maine
  and northern New Hampshire.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of snow will combine with low visibility to
  create dangerous driving conditions. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
