* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, all of Massachusetts
  except for the east slopes of the Berkshires and Northern
  Worcester County, and Rhode Island.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.
