* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 to 30 below.

* WHERE...In Massachusetts, Berkshire County.  In eastern New York,
  the southern Adirondacks and the western Mohawk Valley.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
