ENGLAND...

Southerly wind gusts of 20 to 25 mph are expected to develop this
afternoon. Still dry, with minimum relative humidity values
between 15 to 25 percent. When combined with the lack of recent
significant rainfall and exposed fine fuels and leaf litter,
elevated fire weather potential will exist today.
