This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern Indiana
and central Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

A strong low pressure system will bring widespread rain to the area
tonight. 1 to 1.5 inches of rainfall is expected for most, although
localized amounts around 2 inches can`t be ruled out. Look for
ponding of water on roadways, and perhaps some localized minor flood
issues for typically flood prone locations.

Winds will become gusty, especially after midnight. Gusts of 30-40
mph will be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Wind gusts of 35-40 mph are likely on Sunday, with some stronger
gusts possible especially from southern Indiana to the Kentucky Blue
Grass in the afternoon.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Storm motion tonight will be to the north northeast around 35 to 45
mph.

Any users of this storm motion must be aware that thunderstorm activity
can be erratic and constantly evolving.  Please use this with caution
and be prepared for changing conditions.

...Gusty Winds Late Tonight into Sunday...

A strong area of low pressure passing through the region will
bring gusty winds late tonight into much of the day Sunday. Wind
gusts of 30 to 40 mph can be expected, with some stronger gusts
possible especially Sunday afternoon from southern Indiana to the
Kentucky Blue Grass region.

Winds late tonight into Sunday morning will come in from the
south, and then switch to the west Sunday afternoon.
