* WHAT...Freezing rain and freezing drizzle expected. Total ice
  accumulations around one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...In Illinois, Eastern Will, Kendall, Northern Will,
  Southern Cook, and Southern Will Counties. In Indiana, Lake IN and
  Porter Counties.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions this evening.
