...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH
FRIDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding, mud, rock and debris flows caused by
  excessive rainfall is possible in and around burn scars.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Idaho, including the following
  areas, Boise Mountains and West Central Mountains.

* WHEN...From this evening through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Heavy Rainfall could trigger flooding, mud, rock and
  debris flows in and around burn scars. This includes the Wapiti
  Fire burn scar surrounding Highway 21 and Grandjean Road north of
  Lowman.
