...AIR STAGNATION ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Stagnant conditions will have potential to trap pollutants
  near the ground with deteriorated air quality.

* WHERE...Wallace, Fourth Of July Pass, Clark Fork, Kamiah, Kellogg,
  Winchester, Mullan, Fernwood, St. Maries, Schweitzer Mountain
  Road, Athol, Sandpoint, Pinehurst, Nezperce, Lookout Pass, Dobson
  Pass, Craigmont, Eastport, Priest River, Soldiers Meadow Road,
  Bonners Ferry, and Osburn.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of air stagnation can lead to the buildup of
  pollutants near the surface.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Buildup of fine pollution particles can be harmful to those
