* WHAT...A widespread frost with sub-freezing temperatures at or
  below 32 degrees expected.

* WHERE...Litchfield county in northwestern Connecticut, western
  Massachusetts, much of eastern New York, and southern Vermont.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
