Valley rain below 7000 feet and mountain snow above 9000 feet is expected, with a mix between. Peak impacts are expected this afternoon, before activity tapers off this evening. Mountains can expect 3-6 inches of snow with locally higher amounts possible. Travel over mountain passes will be difficult, with slippery, snowpacked roads and blowing snow reducing visibility. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Light flurries can be expected on Tuesday and Wednesday for the northern mountains. A more significant system arrives Thursday and Friday, with mountains expected to see accumulating snow. Temperatures will trend cooler Thursday and beyond, with drier conditions arriving next weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
