Winds could gust as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...A portion of central California. * WHEN...From 10 PM Sunday to 10 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
