This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Significant ice accumulations are expected across northern
Wisconsin and portions of central Wisconsin tonight. Power
outages, tree damage, and slippery or ice covered roads are
possible, especially across northern Wisconsin. Ice Storm Warnings
and Winter Weather Advisories have been issued.

A few non-severe thunderstorms are possible this evening and
tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Slippery or possible ice covered roads, power outages, and broken
tree limbs are expected across northern Wisconsin Saturday
morning as lingering freezing rain will produce additional minor
ice accumulations.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to report freezing rain accumulations to
the National Weather Service in Green Bay.

...ICE STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 AM CDT
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations between
  one tenth to three tenths of an inch. Highest amounts in eastern
  Marathon, northern Oconto, western Marinette, and the northwestern
  portions of Shawano and Menominee counties. Winds gusting as high
  as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Marathon, Menominee, Northern Oconto County, Shawano, and
  Southern Marinette counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be very difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
Prepare for possible power outages. The latest road conditions can be
obtained by calling 5 1 1.
