A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect until 10 AM CST. Wind chills
will then range from the single digits below zero to the teens
below zero through tonight.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills around 25 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
