* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches.
  Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In Oregon, East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades and Northern
  Blue Mountains of Oregon. In Washington, Upper Slopes of the
  Eastern Washington Cascades Crest and Northwest Blue Mountains.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 7 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
  visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. Gusty winds
  could bring down tree branches.
