* WHERE...Eastern Pennsylvania, most of New Jersey and Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
