...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT
THROUGH LATE MONDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...An extended period of snow for high terrain. More than 6
  inches of snow is favored for Sunday through Monday.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...From late Saturday night through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest accumulations are most likely for
  grassy surfaces in the high terrain. Snow totals may vary largely
  from valleys to ridgetops. Snow most likely to stick to roads and
  sidewalks Sunday night.
