A few strong thunderstorms with gusty winds and locally heavy rain
are possible Saturday afternoon.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Slow moving and recurring development of strong thunderstorms
    with torrential rain will occur along and just to the west of
    Laurel Ridge (west of Route 219) through early this evening.
    These storms with rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour
    will drift northeast across Cambria and Somerset Counties,
    creating the threat for flash flooding this afternoon and
    evening.
