...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between two
  tenths and four tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Thursday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
Prepare for possible power outages. The latest road conditions for
the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

Another winter storm will impact the region Saturday afternoon
into early Sunday morning. A precipitation transition similar to
tonight`s storm will occur with a brief period of snow at the onset
then mainly sleet and freezing rain for the bulk of the storm, and
a possible changeover to a several hour period of plain rain across
Southern Pennsylvania late Saturday night.
