Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches in the most persistent snow. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult due to slippery road conditions and poor visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periodic snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are expected through this evening. The most persistent snow in Cuyahoga County should impact eastern and southwestern portions of the county through this early evening.
