...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 10 PM EST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected in the morning, mixing with or changing to
  rain by mid afternoon, before possibly ending briefly as snow in
  the early evening. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches
  likely. Highest amounts above 750 ft.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Western Passaic County. In New York, Putnam
  and Rockland Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions will likely impact the
  Tuesday morning commute and possibly the evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Check local Department of
Transportation information services for the latest road conditions.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
