...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM EDT
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures in the low to mid 30s
  will result in frost formation. For the Freeze Warning,
  sub-freezing temperatures in the upper 20s to lower 30s expected.

* WHERE...Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, until 9 AM EDT this morning. For
  the Freeze Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing. Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left
  unprotected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes
they should be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those
that have in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover
above-ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
