Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will pass through this afternoon and evening, with perhaps a few stronger gusts, but severe thunderstorms are not expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms with damaging gusts generally west of I-81 Saturday afternoon and evening. Also, our next areawide main batch of rain is expected late Saturday through Sunday morning. Isolated flooding is possible, especially for sensitive locations that had recent heavy rainfall. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Creek Road to Mechanic Street in Newport remains closed due to
water over the roadway.
