...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations up to a
  quarter of an inch.

* WHERE...Litchfield County in northwest Connecticut, the Berkshires
  of western Massachusetts, and the eastern Catskills, mid Hudson
  Valley, Taconics, Greater Capital Region, the eastern Mohawk
  Valley and the Schoharie Valley of eastern New York.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of freezing rain is expected this
  evening into tonight. Temperatures rising above freezing will
  allow freezing rain to change to plain rain during the overnight
  hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts over 40 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of eastern New York and southern Vermont.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Westerly winds increase this afternoon into
  the overnight hours, especially across the eastern Catskills,
  Mohawk Valley, Greater Capital District, northern Taconics, and
  southern Vermont.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
