This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for western and north central New
York.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Moderately heavy rain today will be followed by some lighter rain and
possibly some wet snow flakes tonight. A soaking rainfall will
average a half inch in most areas to as much as an inch to an inch
and a half near the Pennsylvania border. While this will result in
notable rises on area tributaries...there will be a low risk for
flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
