A cold front will move through Monday with rain, gusty southwest
winds and rain changing to snow. Behind the cold front southwest
winds will at times bring a band of lake effect snow across the
counties through mid-week.

* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...Livingston, Ontario, and Allegany Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Monday to 7 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
